The lid covers one tip, while the other should be screwed into the middle of the pen for storage. This keeps things compact, balanced and secure, no juggling extra lids.\n\nWhat ink can they use?\nThe Lumos is compatible with dye-based Fountain Pen Inks, so long as they don’t contain particles (such as shimmer inks) or binders (like acrylic or shellac).\n\nException to the rule? We sell a splendid waterproof pigment ink: No.60 Pigment Black.\n\nWhat are the differences between the Duo and the Single Lumos?\nThe Single Lumos has one tip and one ink reservoir, which is double the Duo's reservoir size.\n\nThe Duo Lumos allows them to have two different pens in one body, allowing them to easily change between nibs and ink colours on either side.\n\nCan they purchase replacement tips and reservoirs for the Lumos?\nYes!
