Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Freja's Home.
We care very much about the products we sell and the service that we offer. However, if you would like to return any items that you have purchased from us, we will be happy to replace a product or issue a refund provided it is returned unused, unopened, in perfect condition (including the product packaging) and remains in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Return Authorisation Required
Postal returns must be pre-authorised before sending items back to us. For in-store returns, simply bring the item to our shop at 27 The Bank, Barnard Castle DL12 8PH during opening hours with your proof of purchase.

We will normally respond within 48 hours with return instructions and confirmation of the return address.
Return Shipping & Processing
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items.
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
