UK Delivery

Orders placed before 2 pm on a business day will begin processing the same day.

Orders are dispatched within 0–2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Estimated total delivery time: 2–6 business days.

Shipping costs range from £2.50 to £6.95 depending on parcel weight, calculated at checkout.

Free UK delivery on all orders over £75.

Local Collection (Click & Collect)

Free collection is available from Freja's Home, 27 The Bank, Barnard Castle DL12 8PH during our opening hours.

You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to collect.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only.

International shipping options will be introduced in the future.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

We take great care in packaging every order.
