Returns
We really hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from Freja's Home.
We care very much about the products we sell and the service that we offer. However, if you would like to return any items that you have purchased from us, we will be happy to replace a product or issue a refund provided it is returned unused, unopened, in perfect condition (including the product packaging) and remains in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Return Authorisation Required
All returns must be pre-authorised before sending any items back to us. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be processed or refunded.
Please be aware return periods and conditions may vary by product, so please check individual product pages for specific return information. Some products have a 14-day return window due to supplier requirements - this will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

We will normally respond within 48 hours with return instructions and the specific return address. Do not return items to our business address - a dedicated return address will be provided once your return is approved.
Return Shipping & Processing
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
