The ancient Greeks had two words for love: “eros” to describe sexual attraction and “philia” to capture the feeling of a person being an immensely close soulmate which is beautiful, because friends are important. Friendships can be as deep as being in love. It’s always been second nature to me to show my love and appreciation for those related or not, through words.
