Knitting for Olive's Soft Silk Mohair is a lace-weight yarn blending 70% RMS-certified Kid Mohair with 30% cruelty-free Mulberry Silk. Exceptionally light and airy, it creates a luminous halo that adds warmth and softness without weight — worn alone or held together with the Merino for a classic fluffy Scandinavian knit.

The Kid Mohair is sourced from angora goats bred in South Africa and is independently certified to the Responsible Mohair Standard (RMS) by Control Union (CU 1276494), guaranteeing high standards of animal welfare and environmental responsibility at farm level. The Mulberry Silk is cruelty-free: fibres are collected from cocoons after the chrysalises have matured into moths, meaning the silkworms are not harmed in the process.
